Respected sir,
              With due respect it is stated that I am a student of class 9th (B) of your school. I have been fined by my class teacher for coming late on the first day of examination. She has fined me Rs.100 rupees.
              On that day my bicycle got punctured on the way while I was coming to school. As it was early morning, there was no shop to mend the puncture. I came to school on foot. It is humbly request you to remit my fine.
               I shall be highly grateful for this favour.
